The medical student Duha H. Jasim received her prize for winning the first place in the international drawing competition on Monday, 8th February 2021. The award was presented to her by the University’s Vice-President for Scientific Affairs, Prof Dr Munir S. Taha. The student had won the competition for the Computer Design Art category which was held by the University of Mosul in cooperation with the German University of Dortmund and the Austrian University of Kratz with the support of the German Academic Exchange Organization. The competition, which was held hypothetically, was attended by students from the universities of Nineveh Governorate.
