The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research : Do not allow to postponement the study in the second quarter in all colleges and institutes that depended on the rules of the quarterly, except in emergency circumstances, if he succeeds in the first quarter.
The director of the Department of Relations and Media in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Qassim Mohammed Jabbar ,that body of opinion in the ministry " has taken a decision to do not allow student to postpone the study in the second semester colleges and institutes that uses the rules of the quarterly , except in in emergency circumstances and that the student will be successful in the first quarter. "
