The second session of the Conference of the Third Scientific of the Political Science College at the University of Mosul
On the second day of the conference scientific third of the Political Science College at the University of Mosul, began the second session of the conference, chaired by Professor Dr. Ibrahim Khalil Allaf, and with the participation of Dr. Tariq Mohammed Tayeb Al-Kassar as a Rapporteur of the session. Ten researchs has been submitted, and was holed in the hall of the Of the Political Science College, where he offered Gentlemen Researchers topics of their research
