The global crises and their repercussions on international security a symposium at the college of Political Science
Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Kossay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmady President of the University of Mosul, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Tariq Mohammed Tayeb Zahir Dean of the College of Political Science, the International Relations Branch in our college, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, held a scientific symposium entitled “Global Crises and their Implications for International Security” On Thursday morning, corresponding to November 17, 2022, in the presence of a number of members of the Council of the University of Mosul and professors and students of the College of Political Science. During which light was shed on the crisis of the international system, the conflict of the major powers, the global economic crisis after the Russian-Ukrainian war 2022, the strategic repercussions of the Ukrainian crisis on international security, the future of the international system and the negative repercussions of the phenomenon of international migration on the sending and receiving countries, and other axes. At the end of the symposium, the most important recommendations and results of the symposium were reviewed.
