Assistant Professor Dr. Tariq Mohammed Tayeb Zaher, Dean of the college of Political Science at the University of Mosul, awarded a letter of thanks and appreciation to Professor Dr. Naji Mohammed Abdullah from the University of Tikrit – college of Political Science, for his effective contribution to the discussion of the Master’s thesis entitled “The Impact of Transformations on the Effectiveness of Foreign Policy Towards Regional Issues After 2014: A Comparative Study of Saudi Arabia and Qatar” for student Mohammed Hassan Ali, as well as for his willingness to undertake the travel to Mosul.
