The Al Jazeera Center for Studies in Qatar has electronically published the doctoral dissertation of Dr. Rasha Suhail Mohammed an instructor in the Department of International Relations at the College of Political Science University of Mosul on the contemporary transformations of power and their impact on the future of national sovereignty
The dissertation, which was published on the center’s official website on Sunday, 1 September 2024, discusses the contemporary transformations of power and their impact on the future of national sovereignty post-2010. Its significance lies in its attempt to analyze the patterns and forms of power shifts that have emerged on the international stage in the new millennium, due to the significant influence these transformations have on the sovereignty of nation-states.
It is worth mentioning that the publishing center is an independent research institution dedicated to deepening the foundations of scientific research and disseminating knowledge through media and communication technology, particularly through publications with crucial importance in thought, culture, and science worldwide, as part of its series titled “University Theses.” The scientific research undergoes several rigorous academic and research verification procedures by high-level committees, which take several weeks before final approval for publication is granted.
