The International Relations Department at the College of Political Science University of Mosul organized a discussion panel on the trajectories of U.S. policy towards international crises following Donald Trump’s victory in the 2024 U.S. elections
The event was held on Thursday, 14 November 2024. The panel aimed to analyze U.S. foreign policy directions under Trump, assess the regional and international impacts of these policies, and explore the future relationships the United States might establish.
Four research papers were presented during the panel, delivered by Dr. Ali Bashar Bakr, Prof. Dr. Hazem Hamad Mousa, Assistant Lecturer Abdulkarim Zuhair Atiyah, and Dr. Firas Mohammed Ahmed. The session was followed by an open floor for questions and comments from the attendees.
The panel was held under the auspices of the College Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Tariq Mohammed Tayeb Zahir, and was attended by faculty members, staff, and a group of students.
