The Head of the Psychological Counseling Unit at the College of Political Science Attends a Guidance Lecture on Academic Behavior for First-Year Students Organized by the Presidency of the University of Mosul
The Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit at the Presidency of the University of Mosul organized a guidance lecture on academic behavior for first-year students on Monday, 9 December 2024.
The lecture was attended by heads of guidance divisions and units in colleges and research centers, including the Head of the Psychological Counseling and Behavioral Guidance Unit at the College of Political Science, Assistant Lecturer Dr. Shaimaa Nadhim Al-Obaidi.
The lecture covered several key topics, such as educational behavior related to curricula and how to engage with their content in ways that align with students’ comprehension levels. Additionally, the topic of human relations between students and professors, as well as among students themselves, was discussed. The disciplinary behavior section emphasized the importance of the laws and regulations governing interactions between professors and students under the university’s framework.
