The Head of the International Relations Department at the College of Political Science, University of Mosul, Participates in a Research Study on AI Regulation at Al-Kitab University’s Conference
Al-Kitab University held its Fifth International Conference on Development and Human and Administrative Studies from 28 – 29 December 2024.
The conference aimed to promote scientific research as a tool for sustainable development and provide a platform for exchanging ideas and insights among researchers. It featured the participation of dozens of researchers from various Iraqi and Arab universities, including Prof. Dr. Hazem Hamad Mousa, Head of the International Relations Department at the College of Political Science, University of Mosul. He presented his joint research titled “The Role of the United Nations in Regulating and Governing Artificial Intelligence to Achieve Sustainable Development Goals.”
The conference focused on the role of scientific research in addressing societal and economic challenges and supporting efforts to achieve sustainable development as the optimal path to a better life.
The event was held under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Naeem Abdul Yasser Al-Aboudi, and under the supervision of the President of Al-Kitab University.
