Assistant Lecturer Najwan Hani Mahmoud from the Department of International Relations at the College of Political Science, University of Mosul, delivered her guidance lecture titled: “The Impact of Drugs on Human Security,” on Monday, 3 February 2025.

The lecture aimed to shed light on the growing risks of drug proliferation and its negative impact on various aspects of human security, including health, social, and economic security, in addition to its adverse effects on both human and societal stability.

The lecture was held under the patronage of the Dean of the College, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, and was targeted at second-year students.
