The Council of the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul Holds Its Twelfth Meeting for the Academic Year 2024–2025 to Discuss Final Preparations for the College’s Fourth International Conference at the End of This Month
The Council of the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul held its twelfth meeting for the academic year 2024–2025 on Tuesday, 8 April 2025.
During the meeting, the council reviewed the minutes of the second session of the Advisory Board for 2025, as well as the minutes of the eleventh and twelfth meetings of the University Council for the academic year 2024–2025, and the directives and instructions they contained. The members also discussed the final preparations for both the student conference and the college’s Fourth International Conference, scheduled to be held at the end of this month.
The meeting also addressed the requirements for including the college’s journal in international academic indexing databases, in addition to a number of scientific and administrative issues related to the educational process.
The meeting was chaired by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Tareq Mohammed Tayeb Thahir, and was attended by the Administrative Assistant, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Yassin; the Council Rapporteur, Assistant Professor Dr. Younis Mueyed Younis; the Representative of the Academics Syndicate, Professor Dr. Adnan Hamid Khalaf; as well as the heads of departments.
