The Council of the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul, in its 15th open session for the academic year 2024–2025, recommended holding the final exam for the subject History of International Relations for first-year students on Saturday, 14 June 2025, instead of Sunday, 15 June 2025, while maintaining the rest of the examination schedule unchanged

The council convened its 15th open session on Tuesday and Wednesday, 3 – 4 June 2025. During the meeting, it was recommended to reschedule the final exam for History of International Relations to Saturday, 14 June 2025, after the official announcement by the Council of Ministers declaring Sunday, 15 June 2025, a public holiday in observance of Eid al-Ghadeer.
The council also approved the results of undergraduate studies for the second, third, and fourth stages, in addition to discussing several other topics related to academic research, administrative matters, and more.
The meeting was chaired by the Dean of the College, Asst. Prof. Dr. Sohaib Khalid Jassim Al-Taie, and attended by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Khairallah Subhan Al-Jubouri, and the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ali Hussein Yassin. Also in attendance were the Heads of the Departments of International Relations and Public Policy, Prof. Dr. Hazem Hamad Musa and Prof. Dr. Waleed Salem Muhammad, along with the Council Secretary and the Representative of the Iraqi Academics Syndicate – Nineveh Branch.
