A scientific research article by the Scientific Assistant of the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul was published in the Journal of Posthumanism, which is ranked within the Q1 quartile of the global Scopus index, focusing on the evaluation of housing policy during President Sisi’s era

The Journal of Posthumanism published a rigorous research article by the Scientific Assistant of the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul, Assistant Professor Dr. Khairallah Subhan Abdullah Al-Jubouri, entitled “Evaluating Housing Policy in Egypt During President Sisi’s Term,” in Volume 5, Issue 5, published in 2025.

The study aims to evaluate Egypt’s housing policy during President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s administration by highlighting governmental efforts to address the housing crisis resulting from rapid population growth. It also analyzes the challenges confronting these policies and their effectiveness in meeting the needs of low-income groups, emphasizing the partnership between the state, private sector, and local communities in implementing housing plans within the Vision 2030 framework.

The journal is recognized as one of the internationally peer-reviewed global periodicals, published in the United Kingdom and ranked within the first quartile (Q1) of the Scopus database. This publication continues and culminates the College’s approach toward strengthening scientific research and broadening its international scope.
