The Head of the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Unit at the College of Political Science, University of Mosul, Attends an Expanded Meeting at the University Presidency on Strategic Plans for the Upcoming Academic Year
The Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Division at the University of Mosul held an expanded meeting to discuss strategic plans for the upcoming academic year. The meeting, held on Tuesday, 17 June 2025, was attended by unit heads from various colleges, as well as staff from the division. Representing the College of Political Science, Lecturer Dr. Ali Bashar Bakr, Head of the Unit, participated in the meeting.
The meeting aimed to finalize the requirements of the strategic plan for the next academic year, including activities, training courses, workshops, and field visits. Additionally, the requirements for implementing the National Strategy for Education and Higher Education in Iraq (2022–2030), which the division and its units are executing in collaboration with the Continuing Education Center, were clarified and explained. Emphasis was placed on the importance of adhering to the timeline and the five key pillars outlined in the plan.
Moreover, the meeting addressed mechanisms for cooperation with government institutions, the private sector, and non-governmental organizations, stressing the need to comply with ministerial guidelines and to submit monthly achievement reports on these cooperation efforts to the Ministry.
