Publication of a Joint Scientific Book by Faculty Members of the College of Political Science, University of Mosul, on Cyber Space Conflicts and Wars

In line with the Sustainable Development Goals—Goal 4: Quality Education, Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, and Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals—a joint scientific book, authored by a group of faculty members from the International Relations Department of the College of Political Science, University of Mosul (in collaboration with a faculty member from the Center for Regional Studies), has been published under the title: “Cyber Space Conflicts and Wars between Global Powers and Their Implications for International Security in the 21st Century”, by Hattrick Publishing, Printing, and Distribution House / 2025.

The book addresses the profound transformations in the nature of security threats in the digital age and the role of major powers in shaping cyber space battles, including tools of electronic warfare, sabotage attacks, and digital crimes, as well as the political, economic, and ethical challenges imposed by this rapidly evolving environment.

The work is considered a valuable addition to the Arabic library, as it combines academic discourse with field analysis, making it an important reference for researchers and those interested in cyber security and international relations.

The college’s administration congratulates the authors on this outstanding scientific achievement, wishing them continued creativity and scholarly contribution, and the college further progress and prosperity, God willing.
