The Council of the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul Concludes Its Second Open Session for the Academic Year 2025–2026

In line with the Sustainable Development Goals—Goal 4: Quality Education, Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, and Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions—the Council of the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul concluded its second open session for the academic year 2025–2026, held on Thursday, 25 September 2025.
The Council discussed the formation of the College’s permanent committees to ensure more effective organization of academic and administrative work. The members also reviewed the programs scheduled for implementation during the 2025–2026 academic year, as part of efforts to enhance scientific and cultural activities and advance the College’s educational mission.
The meeting was chaired by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Suhaib Khalid Jassim Al-Taie, and attended by the Scientific and Administrative Assistants, Assistant Professor Dr. Khairallah Sibhān Al-Jubouri and Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Yaseen. Also present were the Heads of the Departments of International Relations and Public Policy, Professor Dr. Hazem Hamad Mousa and Professor Dr. Waleed Salem Mohammed, along with the Representative of the Iraqi Academics Syndicate / Nineveh Branch, Professor Dr. Adnan Khalaf Al-Badrani, and the Council’s Secretary, Assistant Professor Dr. Younis Moayad Younis Al-Dabbagh.
