Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, Goal 4: Quality Education, Goal 9: Innovation and Infrastructure, and Goal 17: Partnerships to Achieve the Goals; in response to ministerial directives within the framework of the digital transformation approach, and in the presence of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, the university launched an integrated electronic system for the admission of evening study students on Thursday, 2 October 2025. The launch was attended by several members of the University Council, including the Dean of the College of Political Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Suhaib Khalid Jassim Al-Taie, as well as the directors of relevant departments and divisions, in cooperation with the Computer Center.

The system represents a qualitative leap in admission mechanisms, as it contributes to simplifying registration procedures while providing an accurate and secure database, enhancing transparency and ensuring the smooth processing of student transactions. It was emphasized that the project as a whole aligns with current plans for digital transformation to develop administrative and service systems, in line with the requirements of the current stage, contributing to the improvement of services provided to students, and reinforcing the university’s position as a leading institution in academic and administrative modernization and development.
