Participation of the College of Political Science, University of Mosul, in the Warsaw Security Forum

In line with the Sustainable Development Goals, specifically Goal 4: Quality Education, Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, and Goal 17: Partnerships to Achieve the Goals, the Scientific Assistant of the College of Political Science, University of Mosul, Assistant Professor Dr. Khairallah Sebhan Abdullah Al-Jubouri, along with the Lecturer in the Department of International Relations, Assistant Lecturer Muhammad Akram Jamil, attended the 2025 Warsaw Security Forum, held in the Polish capital, Warsaw, from 28–29 September 2025.

The aforementioned forum is considered one of the most prominent international platforms specializing in security, defense, and international politics. It is held annually and brings together high-level figures, including heads of state, ministers, experts, and researchers in global security affairs.

The participation of the college, by special invitation from the organizing committee, underscores the important role played by the University of Mosul in general, and the College of Political Science in particular, in major international forums. It also reflects the college’s commitment to strengthening academic and intellectual communication with global research institutions and keeping pace with the rapid developments in regional and international security issues.
