The College of Political Science at the University of Mosul organized a workshop for postgraduate students on time management in writing theses and research papers
In line with the Sustainable Development Goals—Goal 4: Quality Education, and Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth—the Graduate Studies Division of the College held the workshop titled “Strategies and Tools for Time Management in Writing Theses and Organizing Research Work” on Wednesday, 22 October 2025, targeting postgraduate students.
The workshop consisted of a single lecture delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Maysar Fathi, a faculty member of the Department of International Relations, on time management strategies. The workshop aimed to introduce effective methods for organizing time during the preparation of theses and research papers, provide practical tools to enhance academic productivity, improve research planning, and ensure timely completion of work. It also included discussions on strategies to overcome procrastination and manage academic priorities.
The workshop is part of an independent academic program registered on the electronic system, implemented in rotation by several faculty members of the college.
