College of Political Sciences

In line with the Sustainable Development Goals—Goal 4: Quality Education, and Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions—and in cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning/ Sustainable Development Unit at the Presidency of the University of Mosul, the Administrative Assistant of the University, Assistant Professor Dr. Rafal Hassan Hamed, conducted an inspection visit to the College of Political Science on the evening of Tuesday, 23 December 2025. She was received by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Sohaib Khalid Jasim Al-Ta’i, the Administrative Assistant Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Yassin, in addition to a number of heads of divisions and units.

The visit aimed to review firsthand the conduct of the evening shift at the College in terms of regularity of attendance, administrative work mechanisms, and the provision of necessary services for students and staff. It also sought to monitor compliance with university regulations and to address obstacles in a manner that contributes to improving performance and ensuring the quality of the educational process.
