The College of Political Science at the University of Mosul Continues to Develop Its Administrative Structures and Organize Its Service Spaces

In pursuit of the Sustainable Development Goals—Goal 4: Quality Education, Goal 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure, and Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions—and in cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning / Sustainable Development Unit at the Presidency of the University of Mosul, the College of Political Science continues to implement a series of developmental and organizational measures. These measures include the establishment, development, and expansion of a number of administrative offices to be occupied by administrative divisions and units, contributing to enhanced work efficiency and smoother workflow. This took place in December 2025.
The College Deanship has followed up on the administrative corridors and structures, which included establishing a dedicated office for the Store Unit, ensuring proper management of assets, furniture, and equipment in accordance with approved administrative procedures. In the same context, the Examination Committee worked on developing and expanding its office to keep pace with the requirements of examination-related work and to enhance the College’s readiness to manage examinations with a high level of efficiency. In addition, the overall reorganization of administrative divisions and units was carried out in line with institutional work requirements and a more effective distribution of tasks.
These efforts fall within the Deanship’s orientations toward supporting administrative stability and achieving an organized university environment that serves both the educational and research processes. They also reflect its diligent pursuit of improving institutional performance, enhancing the work environment, and improving internal organization, ultimately providing a suitable and supportive workspace for staff members.
