The Psychological Counseling Unit at the College of Political Science, University of Mosul, Organizes a Student Workshop on the Scourge of Drugs
The Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit at the College of Political Science, University of Mosul, held a workshop on the issue of drugs as a social scourge on Wednesday, 11 December 2024.
The workshop addressed the psychological and social effects of drug abuse, the impact of drugs on international security, and the role of psychological counseling in raising awareness among university students.
The workshop consisted of three lectures delivered by Dr. Shaimaa Nazim Hammoudi, Head of the Unit, with contributions from Assistant Lecturer Sara Jassem Mohammed and Assistant Lecturer Naba Az-Zideen Mohammed.
The event was held under the auspices of the Dean of the College and targeted the student body.
