The participation of the head of the International Relations Department at the College of Political Science, University of Mosul, in the Ninth International Conference of Tishk International University with scientific research on the adaptation of international law in cyberspace:

Professor Dr. Hazem Hamad Mousa Al-Janabi, the head of the International Relations Department at the College of Political Science, University of Mosul, participated in the Ninth International Conference of Tishk International University on Thursday, 27 February 2025. He contributed with a joint research paper titled: “Adapting International Law Rules in Cyberspace: A Study of Artificial Intelligence Strategies and Legal Responsibility.”

The research discussed the relationship between the strategies of major powers in light of artificial intelligence and the possibility of establishing an international legal framework for the use of this technology (robots). The conflict between natural persons and robots has become a topic of international interest, as more than 20 million people worldwide are expected to lose their jobs by 2030 to robots, shifting power to cyberspace.

The research concluded that whoever controls cyberspace will control the entire world.
