The Administrative Assistant of the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul Chairs an Administrative Meeting for the Staff
In pursuit of the Sustainable Development Goals—Goal 4: Quality Education, and Goal 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure—and in cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning / Sustainable Development Unit (at the Presidency of the University of Mosul), the Administrative Assistant of the College of Political Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Yaseen, chaired an administrative meeting dedicated to the college staff on Sunday, 4 January 2026.
The meeting discussed a number of organizational and administrative issues, most notably adherence to duty rosters and their schedules and instructions, and compliance with official working hours for attendance and departure through the electronic fingerprint system. Emphasis was also placed on the importance of electronic documentation in completing administrative transactions, as this contributes to strengthening job discipline and developing institutional performance within the college.
The meeting was held under the supervision of the College Deanship and targeted heads of scientific and administrative divisions and units, in addition to the entire staff.
