In the presence of Prof. Dr. Akram Mahmoud Hussein Al-Bado, Chairman of the Central Academic Promotions Committee at the Presidency of the University of Mosul, and coinciding with the issuance of the university order regarding the promotion of Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad – Associate Dean for Financial and Administrative Affairs and Dr. Ajyad Thamer Nayef – Head of the Private Law Branch, and their promotion to the rank of professorship and what this represents The promotion from a scientific and knowledge addition in the field of legal studies and at the level of Iraq, the university orders for their promotion were delivered by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, and in turn, she congratulates the Dean of the College, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad and Dr. Ajyad Thamer Nayef, wishing them further scientific progress and academic creativity in service of the march of science and knowledge in our dear college, our prestigious university, and our proud Iraq
