On Sunday, August 27, 2023, the Private Law Branch at the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul discussed a master’s thesis on the legal regulation of litigation and the implementation of judgments electronically / a comparative study, part of which was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the Faculty, and a number of faculty members and teachers.
The thesis submitted by the student Miad Waad Majeed in the private law branch dealt with the term litigation and electronic implementation, which is one of the modern concepts and terms that have emerged in society due to the scientific development in the field of communication technology, where these means have become via the Internet a great impact in many aspects of social and economic activities, where e-commerce and e-government have appeared, and it is natural that this revolution extends to include the legal field in general and the judicial field in particular.
