Due to the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Sultan Abdullah Mahmoud, Dean of Law at Al-Kitab University, in supporting scientific, cultural, and student activities in our college and his participation in the discussion of the doctoral student in the private law branch, Hudhayfah Raad Ali, he was honored with a certificate of appreciation that was handed to him on behalf of the dean of the college by Professor Dr. Khalaf. Ramadan Muhammad, Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, in turn congratulates the Dean of the College, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Dr. Sultan Abdullah Mahmoud, wishing him more practical giving and academic creativity in service of the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our ancient university, and our proud Iraq.
