Due to the distinguished efforts made by Professor Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad, Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs in our college, in completing the financial statements of the Higher Education Fund, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by Professor Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul, and in turn, the Deanship of the College of Law, represented by With Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad, wishing him more creativity and giving in service of the scientific process in our dear college, our ancient university, and our proud Iraq.
