Discuss the Faculty Council at its twenty-second session in 02/07/2013 the promotions scientific movement in college during the academic year 2013-2013 in terms of number of transactions upgrade scientific resolved and submitted to the Central Committee for Scientific upgrades and the subject of scientific assessments for the academic year 2011-2012 and endorsement by the ministry and raise a number of other transactions upgrade to the presidency of the university to complete the requirements for granting titles of scientific, was confirmed by the Council to support the permanent and continuous for all teaching staff in order to ensure the completion of transactions upgrade and have access to the highest echelons of scientific and lift in academia because it is reflected directly on university life and the march of higher Education and Research scientific research in Iraq.
