Ahmed Al_Hayali ,Director of the legal division ,Nenawa Health Department , published about the world of modern publishing for publication and distribution entitled (The provision of principles for legal opinion & Decisions of the Iraqi council of States and its judicial formations , 2017_ 2004 ) this book is part of a series of legal scientific publications issued by the college of Rights members in the framework of seeking to provide everything that would provide legal information to scholars & researchers in various branches of college .
