The scientific committee of Public law branch held with the attendance of all its members on Wednesday 2019/12/11, and they discussed the project for registering a Doctoral thesis (Qahten Yassin Attia ) entitled (The International organization of Marine ports And its Applications on Iraqi ports / a comparative study) under the supervision of Dr. ( Wisam Namet Ibrahim) .
