Both Dr. Fathi Muhammad Fathi Al-Hayani, a teacher in the human rights law branch in the specialization of public international law, and a member of the college council representing the Iraqi Academics Syndicate, were promoted, and Mr. TahaSalehKhalaf, a teacher in the private law branch in the specialization of personal status, was promoted from the rank of teacher to the rank of assistant professor
