On Monday, September 18, 2023, Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, chaired a meeting of the College Council in the presence of all its members, in which the directives of Professor Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, Chairman of the University of Mosul Council, regarding the scientific process in our dear university were conveyed. The Council also approved the formation of committees to discuss theses and dissertations. A number of graduate students, in addition to granting master’s and doctoral degrees to a number of graduates of our college whose theses and dissertations were accepted as part of the requirements for obtaining master’s and doctoral degrees, in addition to being informed of the scientific promotion transactions for a number of our college’s teachers and programs for the legal clinic, and discussing a number of official books received from the presidency of the University of Mosul. And the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The Council also discussed a number of issues on its agenda and took appropriate decisions and recommendations regarding them.
