In view of the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Ahmed Fares Idris, one of the teachers of the Human Rights Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, in completing the requirements for a doctoral study before the end of the junior term, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by Professor Dr. Qusay Kamal al-Din al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul, and in turn, congratulations. The Deanship of the College of Law, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Dr. Ahmed Fares Idris, wishing him more practical giving and academic creativity in service of the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our ancient university, and our proud Iraq.
