In the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Talal Abd Hussein, Head of the Public Law Branch at the College of Law, and headed by Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad and the membership of Dr. Muhammad Ezzat Fadel, Dr. Soha Hamid Salim, and Dr. Bayda Abd al-Jawad Muhammad, the Seminars Committee for the Public Law Branch met on Wednesday, January 00, 2024, and a discussion of a thesis registration project was held. Doctoral student Muhammad Saeed, under the supervision of Dr. Luqman Othman and Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, and in the presence of parts of the branch’s teaching staff. After concluding the importance of the study, its structure, and its problems, the committee recommended accepting registration of the title after entering some of what is on it. It was learned that the student’s study is in the public law branch.
