Due to the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Murad Saeb Mahmoud/Dean of the College of Law and Political Science at the University of Kirkuk in supporting scientific, cultural and student activities in our college and his participation in the discussion of the master’s student in the private law branch, Jihad Hassan Muhammad, he was honored with a certificate of appreciation by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam. Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, in turn congratulates the Dean of the College, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Dr. Murad Saeb Mahmoud, wishing him more practical giving and academic creativity in service of the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our ancient university, and our proud Iraq.
