In view of the distinguished efforts made by Professor Dr. Qabas Hassan Awad, one of the lecturers of the Public Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, in performing the administrative tasks assigned to her through her work in one of the committees formed in the Presidency of the University of Mosul, she was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by Professor Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul. In turn, Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law, and the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students congratulate Dr. Qabas Hassan Awad, wishing her more creativity and giving in the service of the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our venerable university, and our proud Iraq.
