In the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, and a number of members of the College Council, and with the follow-up of Professor Dr. Muhammad Abbas Hamoudi, our college hosted on Sunday, October 13, 2024, Brigadier General Issam Walid, Director of Criminal Evidence in Nineveh Governorate, accompanied by a number of members of his department, where a practical lecture was given to undergraduate students (in the subject of criminal investigation) in which he explained the modern scientific methods used in the practice of the Criminal Evidence Directorate of its work, in addition to explaining the methods of dealing with criminal cases in a way that contributes to revealing the truth. One of the devices and equipment used in the field of work of the above directorate was also displayed. This lecture comes within the efforts aimed at activating the practical aspects in a way that contributes to consolidating the theoretical study and its information in the mind of the student and preparing him to engage in practical reality after graduating from the college. At the end of the lecture, the Deanship of the College awarded the visitors certificates of appreciation In appreciation of their distinguished efforts aimed at transferring live applications of theoretical studies and presenting them to students.
