Postgraduate Diploma in Human Rights Law on the International Responsibility of the Zionist Occupation Forces for Violations of the Rules of International Humanitarian Law,,,
The Human Rights Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul discussed on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, a postgraduate diploma research on the international responsibility of the Zionist occupation forces for violations of the rules of international humanitarian law, part of which was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, and a number of members of the College Council and its lecturers.
The research submitted by the student Ahmed Hammadi Hussein in the Human Rights Law Department dealt with the wars that resulted in hundreds of international crimes that constituted a violation of the rules of international humanitarian law and its treaties. The law must be the tool for peace and international protection of human rights and basic freedoms.
The research aims to show that international responsibility is the result of violations by any person of international law of international commitment, and that the conditions of international responsibility are fully applicable to preventing the Zionist entity from returning Palestinian refugees.
The discussion committee was chaired by Dr. Hoda Hadi Mahmoud, with membership of Dr. Nagham Abdul Sattar Hussein, and membership and supervision of Dr. Ahmed Faris Idris.
