College of Law

Based on the directives of Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, regarding the necessity of communication and scientific, research, and academic interaction with national and international scientific institutions, universities, and colleges. With the support of the Deanship of the College of Law, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, and in cooperation with the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations at the University of Mosul Presidency, Asst. M. Haitham Amer Jassim Al-Shakarji, one of our college staff, was sent to Oxford University, United Kingdom, to participate in strengthening cultural relations between the College of Law and Oxford University. He will also begin drafting a memorandum of understanding to establish joint academic cooperation within the current academic year, including faculty and students. Both sides emphasized the need to develop a strategy defining the axes of the aforementioned memorandum, in preparation for its discussion during the upcoming visit of the Oxford University delegation to the University of Mosul – College of Law, from June 21-29, 2025, and to complete the agreed-upon cooperation procedures.
