Due to the efforts made and accomplished by Prof. Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad, Associate Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, and a number of its members of the teaching and administrative staff by providing the best services in performing the tasks assigned to them to the fullest, they were honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by Professor Najm Abdullah Abd, Governor of Nineveh, where the letter of thanks and appreciation also included Dr. Fawzia Mowaffaq Thanoun, Dr. Baida Abdel-Gawad Muhammad, Dr. Yasser Shaker Mahmoud, the lecturer Abeer Abdel-Khaleq Thanoun, the assistant lecturer Muhammad Yahya Qassem and Mrs. Noor Qassem Muhammad, and in turn congratulates the Deanship of the College and the members of the College Council and its scientific and administrative staff Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad and the honorable faculty members wish them all more creativity and giving in service to the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our prestigious university, and our proud Iraq
