In the presence of Prof. Dr. Ajyad Thamer Nayef, Head of the Private Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, headed by Dr. Mustafa Natiq Saleh, and the membership of Dr. Bushra Khaled Turki and Dr. Radwan Hashem Hamdoun, the Seminars Committee of the Private Law Branch met on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, and discussed the draft of the master’s student Farhad’s thesis. Abed Selim, under the supervision of Dr. Muhannad Ibrahim Ali and in the presence of the faculty members of the branch, and after reviewing the importance, structure and problematic of the study, the committee recommended accepting the title’s registration after making some amendments to it, bearing in mind that the student’s study in the private law branch
