The ministerial delegation and the UNESCO international delegation participating in the conference on Education for Peace, which was held under the auspices of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, on the occasion of her obtaining a UNESCO Chair and in cooperation with the international organization in Iraq, on the evening of Tuesday, November 29, 2022, conducted a field visit to the Old City On the right side of the city of Mosul, the visit included the Al-Nuri Mosque, the first and second Mosuli Heritage House, and the Association of Fine Artists, during which the heritage and historical landmarks of the regions that reflect the city’s nobility and originality were seen, and the artistic taste of the city’s artists, which was translated by their paintings displayed in the corridors of the association.
In turn, the delegation expressed its admiration and appreciation for the efforts of those in charge of its reconstruction and restoration of its bright face again.
