The College of Law at the University of Mosul discussed, on Monday, August 10, 2026, the master's thesis titled "Civil Liability for the Use of Sports Doping – A Comparative Study", submitted by student Fouad Waleed Ahmed Al-Tai, under the supervision of Associate Professor Dr. Mohammed Taher Qassim Al-Oujar.
