On Thursday, July 16, 2026, the College of Law at the University of Mosul discussed a doctoral thesis entitled "Blockchain Technology in Private International Relations – A Comparative Analytical Study", submitted by the student Ahmed Riyad Fathy Mohammed, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Zeina Hazem Khalaf Al-Jubouri.
