The Sustainable Development Committee in the College, in cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning / Sustainable Development Unit, organized the workshop entitled “The Veterinarian on a Green Mission” on Sunday, April 12, 2026.

The workshop was delivered by Prof. Dr. Banan Khalid Abdulrahman from the Department of Physiology, Biochemistry, and Pharmacology.

The workshop aimed to highlight the veterinarian’s role in environmental protection and in promoting environmentally friendly veterinary practices, emphasizing the importance of the veterinary sector’s contribution to supporting sustainability and safeguarding the health of humans, animals, and the environment.

This workshop is part of a series of activities through which the College seeks to promote a culture of sustainable development, in alignment with:
