Third Workshop on Developing Administrative Staff Skills: “Electronic Archiving, Inventory, and Accounting Entry”
Under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Dhafer Mohammed Aziz, Dean of the College, and in the presence of a number of staff members, the third workshop in the series for developing administrative staff skills was organized on Sunday, April 13, 2025. The workshop was titled:
“Electronic Archiving, Inventory Entry, and Accounting Procedures.”
The workshop was presented by Mr. Ammar Younis Khalil, Mr. Alaa Noufal Qasim, Ms. Azhar Saleh Ahmed, Ms. Siham Omar Taha, and Ms. Hiyam Younis Hussein. It covered topics including the management of procurement in government departments, purchasing processes, bid submissions, and the follow-up of inventory entry and coding.
This workshop is part of a series of events aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the administrative staff and improving their knowledge of legal and organizational procedures, thereby contributing to better administrative performance within the college.
