Under the supervision of Professor Dr. Sivan Saad Al-Mahmoud, Dean of the College, and in the presence of a group of employees, the fourth workshop in the series of “Administrative Staff Skills Development Workshops” was held on Sunday, April 27, 2025, under the title:
“Promotions and Allowances: Between Legislation and Regulation.”

The workshop was presented by Mr. Mohammed Iyad Ahmed, Mr. Ali Abdulilah Kamel, and Mrs. Abeer Mohammed Saleh. It included a detailed explanation of the mechanisms for calculating allowances and promotions (both traditional and electronic methods), as well as the procedures for adding allowances and promotions to the payroll system and the method of calculating the new salary.

This workshop is part of a series of activities aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the administrative staff and deepening their understanding of legal and organizational procedures, contributing to improved administrative performance within the college.
