College of Veterinary Medicine

A delegation from the College of Veterinary Medicine faculty participated in the 6^th Scientific Conference and 3rd International Conference, held at the University of Karbala on Sunday, May 25, 2025. The delegation included 27 faculty members.

The conference witnessed distinguished participation from the college’s faculty, during which five valuable scientific research papers were presented, covering a variety of topics within different fields of veterinary medicine. Additionally, one of the college’s faculty members was assigned as a session chair, contributing to the enrichment of the scientific sessions.

At the conclusion of the conference, the college was honored with the conference excellence award, in appreciation of its active role, support, and effective participation.

The delegation expressed their sincere thanks and gratitude to the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine – University of Karbala, and to the members of the organizing committee, for their warm hospitality and excellent organization. They praised the high-level scientific atmosphere that prevailed throughout the conference.

This participation reflects a shining example of scientific cooperation between Iraqi universities and is a testament to the pioneering role played by the college in supporting scientific research and advancing academic standards in the field of veterinary medicine.
