The Media and Government Communication Division consists of three units:

Duties of the Government Media and Communication Department:
1. Management of Internal and External Communication:

Organizing and coordinating communication between the college, students, faculty members, and the community.

Coordinating relations with media outlets (television, newspapers, websites) to convey the college’s activities and achievements.
2. Preparation of Media Bulletins and Reports:

Preparing press news and reports that reflect academic and research activities, as well as events organized by the college.

Publishing outstanding academic results and research by faculty or students in the media.
3. Organization of Media Events:

Organizing press conferences, seminars, and meetings with the media.

Coordinating academic and awareness events related to Veterinary Medicine.
4. Marketing and Digital Media:

Managing the college’s social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) to enhance awareness of college activities and programs.

Developing digital content, such as videos and photos, highlighting scientific and research activities.
5. Preparation and Publication of Printed Materials:

Publishing annual reports, magazines, or newsletters containing the college’s achievements, important news, and events.
6. Public Relations Management:

Maintaining strong relationships with government agencies, academic bodies, and professional organizations.
7. Interaction with the Public and Media:

Responding to inquiries from the media and the general public.
8. Awareness and Education:

Raising community awareness regarding the importance of Veterinary Medicine and its role in public health and animal welfare.

Disseminating scientific knowledge that contributes to the development of the veterinary field.
9. Official University Emails:

Issuing official university email accounts for students and college staff.
